I spend a BEAUTIFUL shabbos last week in Chalet hotel in Woodbourne.
They have brand new 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom winterized houses for rent all year.
I even remember their phone #- 718-259-2590. (No I don't do their marketing!)

Highland Park in Woodridge. Food is included, which is a huge convenience. I think the bungalows hold up to 7 people
