Which dollar bill does not have a picture of a president on it?
I grieve the 50be has Benjamin Franklin
The $10,000 has Chase on it. Although it’ll be very hard for you to get a $10,000 bill. They are not in circulation and not even legal tender anymore (I think).
The $100 (Benjamin Franklin) and the $10 (Alexander Hamilton).
In the past, other non-presidents were on them (some of the first Greenbacks had the picture of the then sitting Secretary of the Treasury – probably since he was the one to blame if they didn’t get accepted).
I totally forgot about Hamilton. (Had he not been killed by the idiot, he would most likely have gone on to greater things.)
BTW, the $10,000 bill with Chase on it is indeed still legal and valid.
Who does the $500 and the $1000 bill have on it?
tsharer: They’re still legal tender.
$10 Alexander Hamilton
$100 Benjamin Franklin
$10,000 Salmon P. Chase
When the $100,000 bill was introduced it was illegal for an individual to own one but in 1964 it bacame legal to own.
oh, i thought you were talking about /making/ a Bill without a president on it.
well it’s a nice idea.
/whateverword/ means u should put the word “whateverword” in italics
u dont have to publish this post
In common parlance, every “dollar bill” has George Washington on it. At least if you’re talking about United States currency. Canada’s dollar bills used to have a non-president on them, but they’ve been replaced by a coin.
Canada doesn’t have a President.
the 2 dollar bill has the signing of the declaration of independence
Next I want to know who has seen a president without a dollar bill on him.
The $10 bill has Michael Hillegas on it.
Why should a bill have a president on it?
