I have this awesome alarm on my phone that I can set it that it wont stop ringing unless I answer a mathematical question. Basically it forces you to get your mind working and once your mind is going you are up. It has various levels of math difficulty as well as options to choose how many problems they should ask you before it turns off (up to 10 I think) additionally, theres an option that if you get it wrong once they give you new question. I love this app it forces me to wake up and get thinking.
of course wiy, you would agree that ,ideally of course if one can reach such a madreiga, one should awaken with thoughts only of Hashem and how you intend to dedicate your day only to serving Him.
i suppose that could begin after the math problem, but ideally of course for a choshuv Yid such as yourself, as soon as one awakens and feels gratitude for having been given another day with a clean slate.
Do they have it for other smartphones like the iPhone and Blackberry?

Thanks. I’m gonna check. It reminds me of the flying alarm clock. I had that until it flew under my dresser and wouldn’t keep quiet until I got on all fours at 6:30AM to retrieve it. Bad memories…although it definitely did the job of getting me out of bed.
My brother had a great alarm clock. Every morning it beeped really loudly until I couldn’t take it anymore and I would pound him til he got out of bed. I once told him to go get an alarm clock that works and he said, “Why bother, this one has never failed to get me out of bed on time”.
