So science is saying that the human brain fully matures on average around age 29.

Is there anything in Torah that marks this age? I think I remember reading or learning something about how age 30 is a next stage in life where things become materialized or something. I think that I was listening to one of those “Letters of Light” shiurs by Rabbi Aaron Raskin. Or maybe something else?

I’m wondering where the Torah talks about the brain or development solidifying at this age.

    Thank you ☺

Pirkei Avos 5:25 lists various stages of development.
