But seriously, do those ads not tell you how you
can ask them (instead of us) about their program?

The one in lakewood is accredited through Georgian Court University and one in Ny is through Adelphi uni. From what I understand the one in Lakewood is Sunday-Thursday. Sunday you learn in the university. On Tuesdays you go into NY. The rest of the week it is in the seminary. The program for a BA is about 12 monthes. I’m not sure if the Lakewood branch offers a B.S. You can call the seminary for a brochure or any more info.

December 21, 2014 3:40 pm at 3:40 pm #1200137flatbusherParticipantThe New Seminary creates a cohort of frum students, but the experience may depend on the institution. I have heard that a lot of young women go through the nursing program through Adelphi but there has been unhappiness with the professors assigned to this group, which tend to be inferior to the main Adelphi. The New Seminary administration also seems to be pretty ineffectual in dealing with issues confronting the cohort though it tries.

it’s a great program! You work hard for a year, but it’s done so quick and you get it all over with.
December 22, 2014 7:35 am at 7:35 am #1200139123432ParticipantIf you are looking to begin this year I think there is a Spring semester. If not it shouldn’t be too late to apply for next year. There is also an option to CLEP before to earn credits towards your degree although only limited CLEP credits are accepted.
