Police early Monday morning 2 Elul, announced they are releasing the body of 9-month-old Batsheva Zatalau A”H, who died a few hours earlier, for kvura.

The infant, a Netivot resident, was a granddaughter of Rabbi Yoram Abarjil ZT”L, and she was brought to a hospital at about 4:00AM in grave condition. She was pronounced dead a short time later.

Police were notified and a relatively short time later announced they are confident the death was not the result of foul play or negligence, giving the ok to issue a burial permit.
