3:06PM IL: A terrorist was neutralized by gunfire at Ofra Junction in the Binyamin Regional Council of the Shomron moments ago in an attempted stabbing attack. B’chasdei Hashem there are no injuries to intended victims of the attack.
In the accompanying photos one sees the legs of the neutralized terrorist as well as the knife used.

Probably another terrorist straight out of Israel’s revolving door jail. Terrorist neutralized (again?) and will be back on the streets with the next goodwill gesture to please Obama.
Arye – if a terrorist is “neutralized”, that means he’s DEAD so he will not be back on the streets.
When they say Neutralized it means Killed..
