Earlier this week, Flatbush Shomrim received a frantic call of a lady being robbed at the corner of Avenue J & East 7th street. Responding members alerted 911 while following the perpetrator taking off with the 50 year old womans pocket book. The perpetrator was arrested just blocks away from the scene. The woman was strong-armed to release her belongings and was unhurt.
