Total Lock-Down On Gaza & West bank For Yom Kippur

A full closure has been placed into effect�on the West Bank and Gaza starting Thursday at midnight for the duration of Yom Kippur. The closure will be lifted on Defense Minister Ehud Barak’s orders following a renewed security assessment after Yom Kippur ends.
