Laskern: I saw your source on the Kiddush thing. Sorry if you felt ignored, but that source doesn’t change the reality of what people say who actually keep the custom. There could be multiple reasons for the same custom; I’m not sure. No matter the reason, people who do it keep 6-7 on the regular clock; not shaos zmanios, not converted for standard time or daylight savings time, etc.
