Unfortunately, I have to fly to the U.S. on chol hamoed. “My” Pesach ends on Friday, while everyone else’s will end after Shabbat. Israelis will have jumped ahead one parsha. Because of this, when I return IY”H a month later, I will have missed hearing Bechukotai. Is there any way of making this up?

As you are from Israel, I think the above should be done in CH’L when leined in Israel.

The chiyuv to hear every Parsha is a chiyuv of the Tzibur, not the Yachid – so technically, you’re OK if you miss a Parsha. That being said, if you’re in the US with a group of people, you can see if you can find a Minyan (and Ba’al Koreh) who are willing to Lein the whole Parshas Bechukosai at Shabbos Mincha before you fly back (i.e., call up Kohen, Levi, and then finish the Parsha on Yisrael) – that’s what happened once in a situation I was in where I and a group of relatives flew in to the US for a wedding. Good luck!

First of all, the parsha you’ll miss is Acharei Mos, not Bechukosai. Also, if you’re back in Israel for the Shabbos after, there will be loads of places that will lain Acharei Mos and Kedoshim together, for anyone who was in Chu”l, including all the yeshiva bachurim that will arrive that week.

Not going to be in any of those places. I’ll ask around before I leave.

The individual is responsible to make sure that leinen is possible by making sure ten people listen to it. The responsibility is not like megilla where one must personally listen to it but as mentioned on each individual of the tzibur. Once ten people listen, one can say shenaim mikra at leinen.

Lein it in a Chumash by yourself.
