Security officials decided on Tuesday that a visit to the Gaza lookout with US presidential candidate Barak Obama�was canceled due to fears of a sniper attack from Gaza.

He was originally to receive a military briefing from the lookout point, showing him the Beit Hanoun area of northern Gaza but it was determined the risk was unwarranted.
