    To the group

I would take this warning very seriously. The Gemara says that Nevuah was taken from the prophets and given to children and shotim and there’s no bigger Shoteh than this worthless Kofer.

my understanding is that oil per say isnt going be scarce/expensive. think about it. producers cant raise the price over 200 per barrel or people will switch to alternatives.

American farmers are complaining that the prices they receive are falling and they can’t make a profit. It may be an economic crisis, but having too much food does not mean a famine. The oil “crisis” which made the United States into the world’s largest exporter of oil will be profitable for the US even if annoying (and inflationary) for consumers, but that is hardly the end of the world.

So what are you doing about it? Are you canning/dehydrating seasonal fruits and veg? Are you stocking up on Katydid filters for when the water supply is no longer safe or rationed due to the needs of data farms? I’m lucky I live in a breadbasket where local farmers are not big corporations like Simplot or Cargill, my local farmers switched to alternate fuels years ago. It’s gonna be tough on folks in urban areas where they are dependent on out of area resources.
