The amount of cars stolen in Baltimore is crazy. At least 25% of the people i know has had their car stolen at least once by people of a certain race. Are other cities this bad?
I have lived in Baltimore for 40 years and had my car stolen once (about ten years ago), and it was recovered. I know of no one else on my block whose car was stolen. Frankly, if you are worried about Baltimore crime, worry about corrupt politicians (real life was even “worse” than what the “Wire” portrayed).

Would you be able to provide some numbers to your post? Do you know 4 people in Baltimore and one had their car stolen?
At first glance it looks like you’re trying to distort your statistics to fit your agenda.
(Do you recall the quote attributed to Benjamin Disraeli regarding the three types of lies- with the third and most severe being statistics?)
