US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has flown to Moscow to take part in a Friday meeting of the Quartet, at which time they will discuss the stalled Mideast Oslo process between Israel and the PA (Palestinian Authority).

Also on the agenda is Iran�s continued defiance of the international community and Tehran�s moving ahead with its nuclear enrichment program.

The Quartet is comprised of the United States, United Nations, European Union and Russia.
