how come on some of Joseph’s posts, under subtitle, it says he needs a refuah? is this a joke? for real? did i miss some thread somewhere that explains this?

I feel bad for Joseph. Yeah, brotherofurs, I aggree- how do they know that it’s really him all the time?
They used to call anyone with the same IP as him, Joseph. I think/hope they don’t do that anymore, which makes the job much harder. However, there is an underlying style that shines through eventually that has his mark. He might have sleeper names that shouldn’t appear suspicious when it shows up after a blocking, and if he’s sly enough he might have some names that he manages to retain his style.

Most forums don’t allow sock puppets. The puppets are banned permanently and the original account is warned. Repeat offenders get permanent bans. Wish we would do that for Joseph. (Sorry Reb Creedmoorer, Yossele)
If the only basis is the fact that lots of usernames come from 1 ip address, are the mods sure that this is not some Internet Cafe in the middle of Boro Park?
actually that does not have anything to do with how we out Josephs. agav, he usually masks his IP for different accounts.
