Post here all your sandwich maker and George Foreman recipes.
I once made salmon on a Foreman. I just defrosted it and put spices on. I cooked it medium, and it was absolutely delicious. I was actually quite surprised. (This was when I was in Salt Lake city becoming a moron)

I would just defrost a duck, shove a peeled orange inside, and squeeze it until it locked shut.

I have done fish, burgers, hot dogs, turkey, pastrami, chicken, vegetables- even bread! I confess that I have not done duck ala orange (yet).

I need more recipes.
Don’t be so snobby, I know you eat off the foreman at least 8 times a week.

Yield: Serves 8
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Cut pound cake into 8 slices. In small bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon and mix to combine. Spread on one side of pound cake and cover the butter mixture with chopped pecans. Grill cake slices on two sided grill for 2-3 minutes, or on a regular grill for 2-3 minutes per side, turning once, until cake is heated and pecans are browned and fragrant. Drizzle with ice cream topping to serve.
