Because everyone in my home town in the coffee room knows me anyways, I just wanted to ask everyone here a favor. My aunt is having a liver transplant and my father is donating. Both Surgeries are this Wednesday. If everyone can have them in mind when they daven Wednesday (and after?) It would be very much appreciated!

    The names are:

    Yaffa Alita bas Tamar Tema

    &

    Eliyahu Hirsh ben Yehudis

Thank you all in advance, and may we hear only good news!

What a bracha that your father is a match for your aunt, especially when they are not siblings.

I realized from the names you posted.

I am not aware of your identity.

Refuah sheleimah to both. What a wonderful thing your father is doing.

(Not to nitpick, ayc, and evidently here it is not the case, but they could have the same father.)

Anti rejection meds are amazing now and rejection isn’t as common as it was.

Candy – refuah Shlaima to everyone. You know I for one will be davening for them 😉 (And giving Hakaras Hatov to Hashem for the amazing things medical science can do these days.)

Candy; May they both have a refuah sheleima b’karov. May the zechus of the common bubby, Tema o’h, a huge builder of chesed in a very quiet way, help protect everyone involved!

I must say that I did not know who you were until this post.

My wife makes a delivery to your parents house every Thursday from the warehouse (at least during the school year, she’s busy during camp season). I was your uncle’s rebbe for several years until he got married and moved East.

    Is that enough?

This is Midwesterner’s wife: Is your father still bringing his Garden of Emunah book with him, as he had originally planned on doing, to give out to the patients there?
