I’m looking to go the Catskills midweek at the end of June for 3-4 days with my family of 4. Can anyone recommend a hotel that’s not too expensive but not a dump? Its been a long time since we’ve been to the mountains so I’m not sure which of the classic hotels are even open any more. Food is not really a requirement as we can drive to the restaurants in Fallsburg/Woodbourne/Monticello/etc, if the hotel is nearby. Thanks
Perhaps you should be looking into a motel instead. I often stay at one and likewise buy my meals out. It’s much less expensive and some motels are quite pleasant.
