The Torah world in Moscow and Eretz Yisroel mourns the petira of Rav Yisrael Weiss ZATZAL, the Principal of the Moriah Talmud Torah in Moscow. Rav Yisrael Weiss, a native of Yerushalayim, was the son of Rav Dovid and Rivka Weiss, the founders of the Bet Yehudit Girls School in Moscow.�Rav Yisrael Weiss ZATZAL was niftar earlier this week, leaving behind parents, 5 siblings, a wife and 2 children. A former Talmid of Be’er HaTorah in Bayit Vegan and Yeshivas Mir, Rav Weiss founded a boy’s cheder in Moscow last year as part of an educational network initiated 16 years ago by HaRav Moshe Soleveichik of Switzerland.
