Chase Customers Cut Off From Online Banking World

Chase is experiencing an online outage that has left millions of its customers without access to their banking accounts and services.

The Chase bank website is down because of technical issues. Unfortunately this has posed a major hassle to bank customers who use the online banking from Chase.

“Our Web site is temporary unavailable,” reads a message on the Chase.com Web site. “We’re working quickly to restore access. Please log on later.”

For immediate needs, Chase has advised their customers to call 800-935-9935 or go to the closest branch. Right now there is no news on how long it will be before the online banking access is restored.

There are 16.5 million customers who use Chase to bank online. Reports are that the site has been down since at least 8 a.m. Tuesday morning. Thankfully the Chase ATMs are not affected, and the website issue is not a security breach thankfully.

The only bank in the U.S. that is bigger than Chase is Bank of America. Hopefully the website gets back online quickly because it being down causes major issues for customers who use the Chase bank online website.

  1. Actully its back up and running
I JUST LOGGED ON TO MY CHASE ACCOUNT ONLINE BANKING
    JUST 2 MINUTES AGO,
    and everything works perfectly fine!

  2. As far as I can tell the site is still down, with the same message. On the rare occassion that I did get a login screen, it would not proceed but froze.
