Like I said, believing in these things does not reinforce my belief in G-d and it does not say anything about emunah. According to your logic believing in anything supernatural is showing a lack of emunah.
Also, there’s obviously no way to judge or explain people’s supernatural experiences. Like Davidsamuel14 said, who knows who they really saw. Also, Hashem could make people see anything, and maybe that’s what they needed to see. We have no idea what goes on in the other world and based on what people claim they saw, it is so unfathomable for our minds to grasp that it’s not worth trying to understand.
