We are discussing the Halachic issue of the Chumra prohibiting a woman from looking at or touching a Torah while she’s a Niddah. Most Achronim reject this Chumra and the vast majority of Kehilos are Noheg not like it. You’re conflating cases in an attempt to distort the discussion.
