It is indeed not simple for a girl to leave in the middle of the year, which is why your point is well taken. I just don’t think it’s comparable to sheirut leumi where it’s illegal to leave, so while I agree it’s a bad idea, I don’t think it’s yehoreg v’al yaavor or even stam assur.
