The glue traps i have been successful in catching mice with have no bait at all. Only the totally flat ones have worked for me, so the mice run over it and get caught. I tried many diff baits, as I mentioned earlier, which the mice didn’t go for.

Also, I originally tried a glue trap that had raised sides for easy handling. No mouse would step up onto it. (didnt I mention I tried A LOT of diff things 😉 )

One thing I learnt is that mice are smart. They are keen in figuring out their environment. Their sharp sense of danger makes them avoid any questionable trap. They proceed with caution and then run.
