The clifton side of Passaic has expanded lots. Now there is more ppl on the other side of main by 21 and more people further down closer to 3. Commuting doesn’t have to be by car. Easy access to njt trains and buses. I used to commute to NYC for school and the trains are a nice change to sitting in traffic.
ALSO re nissuch sephard, rabbi berkovics has a Sephardic minyan. The tif and rabbi isaacson’s shul are sephard as well. Issacson and aerobics are more central, tif is not.
