My advice: put in the 220 line. I believe the seller who says they don’t dry well. (but call Towne Appliance to confirm; I’ve found them to be knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Also well priced – you might want to cancel Lowe’s and buy from them.)
You will end up selling them at a big loss, but if you take the 3050, you will take it with you (unless your new place has gas).
