I agree w Haleivi, was just about to type that.
Taking in to a tailor and inserting an elastic around the back is the best way to go, unless you’re much older it might not be good for your circulation. Then i’d suggest losing weight. Either way it is important getting/ staying in shape. Hatzlacha!
