In parshas noach it said the word ?? but it didn’t fit with the context of the passuk some gedolem tried finding meaning saying it was noach groaning from his lion injury. I figured out the gematria of ?? with the letters spelled out equals ???
Yitzchuk had 8 levels of kidusha 8x klk’ (the name of hashem) = Yitchak
Yaakov had 7 levels of kidusha 7x klk’ = Yaakov
Eisav had 7 levels of tuma and 1 level of kedusha 7x tamay+klk’=Eisav
