In that case Jothar, which Loshon Kodesh is holy? Do you say Shema, Sheman, or Shemang? Do you wear Tzitzis, seeseeth or seetseet? Gefen or Jefen?

It is a matter of the grammar and terminology being kadosh. However, I don’t speak to Hashem or learn His Torah in the same language or pronunciation I use to speak to the shawarma seller outside the Tahana Hamerkazit.
In fact I am careful to use a certain old Russian pronunciation at the omud in my usual minyanim and when learning out loud – and I used the closest I can come to real Eastern havara (think Shwekey singing Al Homotayich Yerushalayim) when I was given the amud for Mihna and Arvit several times at a Persian minyan near my old office as well as a couple of times at mekoimos kedoishim in E”Y:))!
