Your sincerity and your love for all jews across the board are clear as day. Your thirst for knowledge and your enthusiasm for judaism are unmatched and inspiring. And your sense of humor is well appreciated too. The coffee room is a better place with people like you around so I hope you will reconsider your decision.
As you said the CR is a place where jews from all walks of life can come together and discuss things. However I think you have to realize that not all of life’s issues can just disappear here. It must be very difficult being a sefardi in a majority ashkenazi area where you feel left out by yidish speakers etc. and I’m sure certain comments on this thread were like salt on a wound for you. However even if the people in the CR have not reached perfection yet, I don’t think you should leave. Being here will help you slowly fix problems and bring jews together. I think you are a wonderful influence and a voice of reason. If you do leave you will be missed.
