My point is Yiddish was used by many as a secularism. I know an older woman who told me she went to “Yiddish School” . I had never heard of that and she told me it was an Anti-Religious secular school.
What ever you might think of Zionism, I can assure you you have even less in common than Bundism. And Bundism was more Yiddish than the Zionists were
