TTI is not a college. It is a business that facilitates (for a profit) getting a college degree. Over the years they have been afiliated with various colleges/universities. Some have a better reputation than others, some require more independent work, some offer more hand-holding. Depending on the program you choose, you will find out which institution will be conferring the degree.
