Isn’t that the Tollhouse Chocolate Chip recipe??? If not – the recipe on the back of a package of Nestle Tollhouse Chips is the absolute best, and I have tried ’em all, (just use the recipe itself, and save the chips for a milchig recipe as they are no longer pareve for some years now). Paszkesz (sp?) and Bloom or Mishpacha all make good chocolate chips. My secret to the best chocolate chip cookies ever, is always putting coarsely chopped walnuts into the batter. It is not the same without it. I also prefer the firmly packed DARK brown sugar to the lighter version or the brownulated, even though the latter is much easier to use.
