Nestles Morsels are not pareve or cholov Yisroel (if that is a concern for you). But there are plenty of good chocolate chips on the market that are kosher. Paszkez, Blooms, Liebers, Gefen, etc. Just use the recipe on the back of the Nestles package. The other packages don’t follow that recipe (as far as I know).
