Which lav is that? Is not eating matza also a lav (Don’t not eat matza)?
Maybe it’s a lav not to say shnayim mikra: “Don’t be a non-shnayim-mikra-saying person”?
Just because you can phrase something in the negative doesn’t make it a lav.
Also, malkos needs two eidim.
