I didnt say anyone should stiff a landlord, However if they are forced to move its better for a single than a couple with kids.
People who dont pay rent have no idea how expensive it is.
I am a landlord and I am renting out an apartment. What I am charging is quite cheap for NY and you would be suprised how many people think I am ripping them off, they have no clue what rents really cost
