Dr. P: Beautiful. Please though clarify what you meant by “Limit as duration goes to infinity”. Duration of any individual call? How do you reconcile that the average billed savings is the same in 1 & 2, considering that calls of 24 seconds or shorter (as some of the random calls are likely to be) have less billable seconds in scenario 1 than 2?
