a good moderator…. are the ones we have: i think all the moderators here are excellent. it’s a very difficult job balancing between allowing people to have their say and yet protecting other people at the same time, and keeping the atmosphere heimish and friendly.
they’re smart, knowledgeable, and are doing a tremendous chesed!
