seeallsides – I didn’t know they had the ability to make recordings back before all of us were born! How did you come to hear such a lyric? Was it passed down from generation to generation until it could be recorded in the late 1800’s? That would be amazing!
Also, did you know that a group called the Everly Brothers was around in the 1950’s and 60’s? Do you know how they were able to steal the name (and that lyric) from the original group that you heard? Maybe they were aineklach (or great-great-aineklach)?
