beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
Some people beleive brown eyes are more beautiful than blue. (I think it’s the Italians who always say a dirty blond haired + brown eyes are the perfect set.) Anyhow, MOST people think blue is the nicest. Personally, I like only a certain shade of blue. But I know many people with blue eyes that aren’t so nice looking, and I know many brown/green eyed people who are BEAUTIFUL. So, unless someone is OB with blue eyes, i really don’t see this becoming a very popular procedure that people would be spending their hard-earned money on.
