In Firefox:
Update Firefox.
Make sure pop up blocking is checked in options.
Install the addon “Adblock Plus”
Make sure you have an “antivirus” that also removes spyware and adware
If you don’t have one run Malwarebytes to remove tracking cookies Etc. Get a good realtime antivirus program.
