Peacemaker, how do u think that it’s not negligent for her 5 year old child to play at a neighbor’s house whose child, four years her senior beats her up??? I think that if the neighbor’s kid is abusive, then the child has no right going there. I don’t see how the neighbors are okay with this and if I were the little girl’s mother I would go to bat for her and let the neighbors know that it’s not acceptible. Nine years old and beating up a five year old is a SERIOUS problem.
