I think you should call TAG for a recommendation. They have dealt with more phones than anyone here.
I think it will depend on how tech savvy you are, and how much of a deterrent is needed (sorry, that’s partly hashkafic 🙂 ). There are ways around filters, and I’m told that that the only one(s) that are reasonably difficult to get around are not free.
