If its done by non jews, for none (mostly) non jews I dont think there is any problem.
On that note I remember on new years eve of 2000 which was on Friday night I spent shabbos in Brooklyn and at midnight I was walking home from a shier and of course a few miles away in Menhaten they were having these spactaculer fire works going up in the sky, the only way for me not to see would have been to walk with closed eyes.
