I said and I repeat, There was more enthusiam last year and this year is likely to be a dud and last year turned out to be a dud because of the way it was run and If I was in charge Id make changes to perhaps get better response, however my ideas would not get much traction because people are not willing to think outside of the box and admit that maybe a partial shabbos to start is better than full shabbos (at least the first time).
Invite people for one meal and one service (Friday night would probably work better) and see how it goes. Alot of people are not willing to give up a saturday for Shabbos
