Firstly, in order to qualify for most scholarships, she would need to be enrolled through an accredited college, like Touro for their “Study Abroud” program. (May require SAT score and a committment of attending the college once they return form seminary). The school should also have details or grants on scholarships available to financially eligible students.
Next, I would do a google search for college scholarships and apply for anything that looks interesting. You never know!
As a note, there is a grant available from the State of Israel to seminaries, but only a few American seminaries take advantage of it. It is called “Masa” and you can google it for their website as well. If anyone has additional information, I’d be very interested to get more details myself. 🙂
