I first put on gloves, then check if the scene is safe. I assume the victim has a spinal injury, so I will take spinal precautions. I will assess the patients ABCs and bleeding, and treat anything really urgent. I will perform a rapid extraction,one minute head to toe evaluation, provide oxygen if I did not do so by A and transport. During transport I will do further assessment and treat anything I see.
