play dough is basically flour water lots of salt and some color.
you can easily find a recipe to make your own.
it has so much salt as to make it unpleasant but not completely inedible. sell it with your other chometz.

How has it been changed into something else? I have always heard that play dough is to be considered chometz and needs to be sold or disposed of.
