On the Yom Tov of Shavous however which has got a greater elevation then Prophecy, it has a aspect of the Husband(Hashem)and the wife (Yisroel) marrying.(??? ??? ???? ?????????). Moshe Rabbenu being called ??? ??? ?????, therefore you dont need to fast for Talmud Torah.
